What information do you provide?
Your name, contact number and property requirements, such as district, budget and property type. You may also provide property listing information or optional marketer details and photos. Photos are stored privately for management review and approval before publication. Do not enter identity numbers, bank card details or private documents in website fields.
How does your request reach us?
When you choose to review your request in WhatsApp, the website saves your request in a private management database for follow-up, then opens a WhatsApp message. The WhatsApp message is not sent automatically; review and send it yourself. Only the two authorized management accounts can access these records. WhatsApp messages are subject to WhatsApp’s policies.
Why do we use your information?
To follow up on your request or review your property, suggest suitable options, check availability and arrange a viewing. Necessary documents are requested only at the appropriate stage after explaining the purpose. Agreeing to contact about your request does not automatically subscribe you to general advertising messages.
Do we share your information?
We do not publish your contact details in a public listing. Where coordination with an owner or marketer requires sharing contact details, we explain the recipient and purpose and obtain your consent first, sharing only what is necessary. Information may also be required by a competent authority under applicable law. Obtain the marketer’s permission before entering their details.
Retention and your rights
After your request is recorded, we retain request information and correspondence needed to follow up, fulfil agreements and meet legal requirements, reviewing the need when its purpose ends. Contact the number above to request access, a copy, correction or deletion of data no longer needed, or to withdraw consent to contact. We may verify your identity to protect your data, subject to legal obligations and contractual rights.
Storage and external links
The website uses local storage for language preferences. Hosting and sign-in services may use necessary operational technologies. WhatsApp and other external links have their own policies, and service providers may process data outside Saudi Arabia. This policy does not promise that all processing occurs within Saudi Arabia.
Visit statistics
We use random browser (30 days) and session (30 minutes) cookie identifiers to measure visits, property views and contact clicks, without storing your IP address in analytics records. We record traffic source and campaign code, and attach these to submitted requests to measure results. Clicking WhatsApp does not let us read your messages.
